Service Description

About the Positive Birth Program The Positive Birth Program is a group course run over 2 x Sundays per month. Each session will go for roughly 7 - 7.5 hours and start at 9:00am and finish around 4:30 pm with regular breaks including a 50 minute lunch break. Please note the second course date may finish later between 4:30pm - 5.:00pm. This course will be taught by director and founder of Illoura Birth Vanessa Barnard. Course Investment: $550 for you and your chosen birth partner - (A $150 deposit is required at time of booking, with full payment due 7 days before the course start date). Includes: 12 hours of education for the birthing person and chosen birth partner. Hypnobirthing Australia Folio of Resources, including course handouts/worksheets, practice materials and visualisations. Hypnobirthing Australia relaxation/self-hypnosis tracks (2 albums) with music, affirmations included. Support via phone and email right up to birth. Additional support for special circumstances eg. Additional Fear Release, Caesarean Birth or Breach turn session. If you are unable to attend a group course there are other options available including half group & half private, full private courses, Hypnobubs Online Program as well as mp3 relaxation tracks to practice yourself. Cancellation Policy

Please read the cancellation policy for your chosen class before booking. For Hypnobirthing Clients: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in a course. Full course fee is due 7 days from the course start date. A refund (less the non-refunable deposit) will be given for withdrawal 7 days prior to course start date. Option to join another course may be given. In the unlikely event that Illoura Birth cancels any course or class, a full refund will be given.
