While we have spent time in ensuring our products are of high quality and meet your expectations, we understand that you may not always be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased items, we’re here to help. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, the purchased item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. You will have 30 days to be eligible for a return. You must provide your printed shipping receipt or proof of purchase. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow one week from when we receive your return to be processed.
In cases of damage or loss of items during shipping, a replacement will be offered.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow one week for the return to be processed. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). All shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us.
CLAIMS
We take pride in the goods you are receiving and are flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product(s) please contact us through email as soon as possible, in your email please give a detailed description of the fault along with photo(s) showing the fault. We will be in contact with you with information on how to proceed with the claim.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on our products, but feel free to return your product(s) unused and in the same condition you received them in and place another order if you’re looking for something different.
SHIPPING
$10 flat rate shipping within Australia. Once we receive your order we will begin processing, all products are shipped via Australia Post within 1-7 business days of your order being placed. If you require express shipping, please choose this option during the checkout process, express postage $15 flat rate within Australia. Shipping times can range depending on your location in Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
