Nurture your delicate caesarean wound after birth by nourishing with regular massage to keep your skin soft, flexible and healthy. 


Caesarean wound massage can begin once your wound has healed with guidance from your healthcare practitioner. Begin regular massage when you feel comfortable to touch the area. 


Apply massage oil to your wound and massage in circular as well as up and down motions for 3-5 minutes daily or every second day.
