January Group Course

The Positive Birth Program is a group course run over 2 x Sundays per month. Each session will go for roughly 7 - 7.5 hours and start at 9:00am and finish around 4:30 pm with regular breaks including a 50 minute lunch break. Please note the second course date may finish later between 4:30pm - 5.:00pm.  

This course will be taught by director and founder of Illoura Birth Vanessa Barnard.  

Course Investment: $575 for you and your chosen birth partner - (A $150 deposit (non-refundable) is required at time of booking, with full payment due 7 days before the course start date). 

Tuition Includes: 12 hours of education for the birthing person and chosen birth partner.  Hypnobirthing Australia™ Folio of Resources, including course handouts/worksheets, practice materials and visualisations.  Hypnobirthing Australia™ relaxation/self-hypnosis tracks (2 albums) with music, affirmations included.  Support via phone and email right up to birth.  

Additional support for special circumstances eg. Additional Fear Release, Caesarean Birth or Breech turn session.   

If you are unable to attend a group course there are other options available including half group & half private, full private courses, Hypnobubs Online Program as well as mp3 relaxation tracks to practice yourself. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING As per the current government regulations all class participants must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend group face to face classes. I understand this may go against your views and wishes, however I must remain transparent with all couples and follow regulations to ensure that my business avoids the risk of potential class closures and fines. Your safety is paramount to me and I would feel horrible if you were to become unwell attending a class. If you wish not to be vaccinated I will respect your choice and as an alternative I can offer private in-home classes (face to face or online) Private classes do incur additional costs, but this ensures you can learn face to face and have the classes tailored to your birth.
