About the Mind-Body Birth Method The Mind-Body Birth Method is a group course run over 1x Sunday per month. Each session will go for roughly 7 - 7.5 hours and start at 9:00am and finish around 4:30-5pm pm with regular breaks including a 50 minute lunch break. This course will be taught by director and founder of Illoura Birth Vanessa Barnard. Course Investment: $550 for you and your chosen birth partner - (A $150 deposit is required at time of booking, with full payment due 7 days before the course start date). Includes: 6 hours of education for the birthing person and chosen birth partner. Mind-Body Birth Method Folio of Resources, including course handouts/worksheets, practice materials and visualisations. Mind-Body Birth Method relaxation/self-hypnosis tracks, affirmations and fear release included included. Access to the Mind-Body Birth Method online resources which includes additional learning materials, short online modules, eBooks + more Support via phone and email right up to birth. Additional support for special circumstances eg. Induction of labour, and caesarean birth. If you are unable to attend a group course there are other options available including half group & half private, full private courses, online Program as well as mp3 relaxation tracks to practice yourself.
